I need to get out more often. Woke up at 5:30 this morning to go cheer Kelly, Iris, Amber, and Phillip in their run and it wrecked me. I took two naps today and have been just lumbering around. Maybe tomorrow will be a more exciting day. I really need to video me cooking something other than curry.

While visiting Uncle John, Aunt Kendra, and the kids, I've had the pleasure of outdoor golfing, indoor golfing, kayaking, and all around good company.

Just signed up for Ironman New Zealand.

Bill and Elizabeth were in town for a day before heading out to Oakdale in preparation for Dave's wedding. We spent the day walking , driving, picnicking in the hot spots of SF. I haven't gone through my pics yet but here's one that Bill posted right away. With his iphone, anything is possible... :) I like this pic because that's how the bridge looks everytime somebody visits. It really is sunny here sometimes.
