Hi Everybody,Well, I'm less than a month away from my marathon. It's called the Big Sur marathon and it runs along the coast of California. I have to catch a bus to the starting line between 3:45 and 4:45 am. On April 29, I'm hoping to run 26 miles in less than 4 hours. I'd really like to do it in 3:30 but we'll see. I've had some nagging injuries during the past couple of months but went for a 3 hour run this past weekend and didn't have any problems.
