I also found a photo on their website of me after finishing the swim. i don't look very happy which goes against my rules for racing.
Rule #1 Don't do it if you're not happy.
Rule #2 If anybody is cheering, smile and say thank you.
Rule #3 Two rules are enough when you're concentrating on doing well in a race.
